Get the HD4830, while the performance between the 2 is very close, it's better to avoid an open box item. Sometimes some connectors and other usually included items are missing from the package.

Get the HD 4830. If you want more performance for a cheaper price, try overclocking it a little.

Like dirtmountain said, its better to avoid Open Box purchases.

Absolutey the HD 4830. Same price point when all is said and done, same performance more or less and NEW. Untouched by human hands always counts big in my book (always leery of returns).

HD 4830, it also supports dx 10.1 and has a HDMI port.
