If your temps are really that high, I'd look at the HSF mounting, TIM, etc.

Thanks for your help , i getting the same temp on realtemp , it seems i have a bad airflow in the case

Easily checked, if you have a small desk fan... Take side of case off, point fan at your HSF. Still, I'd be looking at my HSF mounting and proper application of TIM.

Maybe you need to list your major components so we on the site might have a bit more knowledge?
