How i can disable run function from my windows

Hello,
i want to remove windows function form my p c . i have hide it by strar/propertease but it can by open by win+r ...............
i want to completly disable this function
please help me out

Right click on the "Start" menu, which is typically found in the lower left-hand corner of your desktop, and click "Properties."

Select the "Start Menu" tab" in the "Taskbar and Start Menu Properties" window.


Click on the "Customize..." button.


Scroll down and remove the check mark in the box to the left of "Run Command" in the "Customize Start Menu" window.


Click "OK" then click "Apply."

Forgot, after customize, click advanced, scroll down to run command, uncheck box

Start Group Policy Editor (Start > Run > “gpedit.msc”)
In the left panel, go to User Configuration > Administrative Templates > Start Menu and Taskbar
In the right panel, enable Remove run from Start Menu
