Everything seems to be working with my newly installed PCI-E SB X-Fi Titanium Fatal1ty Pro. One odd issue though...when I plug my headphones in to the front panel they work just fine, but when I push the test button for the CMSS #D Headphone Test the SB Control Panel (Game Mode) stops working and I get no audio from the test. This is the reason I bought this card and I would appreciate any help.

You connected the case front panel jacks to the soundcard instead of your mobo right? Maybe try disabling onboard sound in the bios (if that's an option on that one) and make sure you removed all previous sound drivers.

Also might not work if your headset is connected via usb.

Sound Max is removed and Audio Settings in Bios are disabled and the test still fails. It does seem to work in games. Is there a game out there that this feature truly shines. I could use that as a test.
