Hello,
I would like some clarification on what my HT link/FSB should be for a Phenom X4 940.
System Specs
Motherboard - Gigabyte GA-M720-US3 using Bios M70 F3m
CPU - AMD Phenom II x4 940
Memory - Cossair TwinX DDR2 XMS2, PC2-8500 (1066) Timings 5-5-5-15 EPP, Unguaged
GFX Card - BFG 9800GT Factory OC'ed
PSU - OCZ Stealth Xtreme 600w
HDD - 4 Sata 2 hard drives.
The only reason I ask is that something is causing my gfx to screw up big time, driver crashes and a lot of artifacts.
The GFX card does not get warm enough to be heat it sits idle at 49/50c. This is a new build and I have to be honest I aint got a clue with these new phenom II cpu's.
I have enclosed a CPU read out.
I dunno what the HT link should be set to, I am not looking for an overclock just the best I can get at stock speeds.
