Good morning

I was analizyng price/performance Index (benchmarks-CPU charts-comparison) and it looked to me there is a mistake in highest scores because most expensive CPU ($500-$2000 like core 2 extreme qx.... )get best results, I asume best scores are based on best performance with lowest price. Please help me to clarify this.

Thanks in advance, Armando

You don't really need a chart to tell what is best price/performance CPU. What is your CPU budget? Once you know this, folks here can tell you exactly what is the best CPU at that budget.

Reason being is Intel and AMD both priced their processors according to their respective performance. The only exception is the Intel Extreme processors, which are way overpriced for their performance.
