can you guys help me, I want to overclock my AMD Phenom II X4 905e CPU 2.5Ghz and my EVGA GT240 video card. how do i overclock this and still run my PC safely. I know a little about overclocking my CPU but I don't know which Voltage to increase since there are a lot (CPU VDD Voltage, CPU-NB VDD, CPU Voltage, CPU-NB, DRAM Voltage, NB Voltage, HT Link) which of these should I increase? i know i have to increase my FSB Frequency and Ratio to over clock but don't know which voltage to increase.

as for my video card, i don't have any idea how to overclock it and still run it safe

so i hope i can get suggestions from you guys, it would be better if its step by step.

thanks in advance!!! :D
