More about help clocking
  1. First things first, find the FSB setting in the bios, normally it`s at 100, 133 166 or 200 mhz depending on the processor. Secondly add 5 mhz to the fsb until the board wont post, then clock down by 1mhz increments until you get the highest post speed you can at stock voltage. Now run prime95, and make sure your OC is stable. If whatever you get at stock is not enough, you can always experiment with bumping up the cpu voltage, but with an older cpu it can cause trouble, especially if the series you`re using runs hot (most 478 cpus run fairly warm)
