mobo: msi 870A G54
HSF: Thermaltake Spin-Q
PSU: Thermaltake TR2 RX 850W Modular (69A on single +12v)
CPU: AMD Phenom II 945
RAM: OCZ AMD Black Edition DDR3 1600 8-8-8-24-32-2T

vcore is set at 1.55v and it runs about 30 C idle. at 3.6 ghz right now, about to try OCCT and see how it goes.

not optimisitic, so far havent been able to get 3.6 stable, but havent tried above 1.525v yet.

What do your temps look like right now? This is a black edition right? If so try increasing only the multiplier until it's not stable, then slowly bump the bus speed, VTT, and north bridge voltage. Also make sure your RAM is at the right speed and timings. Good luck.

only the ram is black edition, the CPU is regular.

my temps are good, idle is around 30 C load dosent even hit 60.

seems stable right now at 3.75 after some testing ... idk this chip seems to want to work some days and not work others.

What are you using to test with? and RAM isn't black edition or otherwise, it's speed is dependent on the base speed of the board. If you managed to hit 3.75 without changing the multiplier, then more power to you.

If you can grim, open 3 instances of cpu-z showing cpu tab, memory tab and speed tabs for us.

Run memtest on each stick one at a time using the same slot (dimm1)

That sounds like a lot of vcore for what your shooting for. I'd think 1.45v would be more than enough for now.

Think more on the memory and or nb freq....
