Hello,
When online, I keep getting the message "unknown zone" and it locks up Internet Explorer and I can only restart it again by going to my home page. How can I get out of this problem? Thank you.

windows is probably unsure what zone you're in

Go to Start > Control Panel > Regional and Language Options

Select the location from the drop down lists that corresponds closest to where you live from both dropdown boxes. (There's 1 at the top and one at the bottom)

Hit Ok after you're done to save the changes.
