Which ram is better? The Prices are really close so I've been wondering if one of them is better? Like if it cools better or is faster.

The Fatal1ty's run at 9-9-9-20 1.7v where the Reapers run at 6-6-6-20 1.75v. I think that's the reason Amazon doesn't list the timings, I had to go the OCZ's site to find those

Keep in mind though that both are overclocked ratings. I believe the standard voltage for DDR3 is 1.4v so you will have to set everything manually but to answer your question, the Reapers are better.
