Xeon X3360 Mobo?

I have a X3360 that my friend sold to me for only $100CAD since he upgraded to socket 1366 setup, now I don't know much about Xeon's Sept that they run on lower power than there Core 2 counterparts and overclock better, I don't know what desktop mobo's Support Xeon's, and I want one that overclocks well since I plan on overclocking it and I have two 4890s which I will be taking out of my old setup so it has to support crossfire I was thinking a X48 Chip set but I don't know if it supports Xeon's since none of them specify it. Also I will be getting some ram so if you guys could make some suggestions on what ram to get for overclocking that would be awesome, I can spend a total of $400CAD on ram and mobo I have everything els. Your help would be greatly appreciated.
