Hey. Im using P5Q Deluxe bios version 08.00.14. (23.7.08)

Should I upgrade my BIOS, or should I leave it? Is there any point in upgrading BIOS?

I'm using e8400

ty, hope to get some help here, as I'm pretty clueless myself. Although I've OC the e8400 4.18gz with 9 multi.

Ty again on advance =)

Leave it. If your system is stable with your overclock, a new bios could change a default setting and make your overclock lower.

There was never a more true statement for BIOS updates.
If it ain't broke, don't fix it.
