Can't get my "Add/Remove Programs" to open.Tried right
clicking the Icon and it still doesn't open

You may also have a virus, maybe adware of some type. Some "nice" adware
programs will actually close the Add/Remove program box as soon as you try
to open it up. I've heard that some viruses may do that, but I know from
experience in two situations that an adware/spyware program closed the
program window. All I saw on those PCs was a faint flash, if even that. I
don't know what particular "malwar" was doing it, I just know that when I
removed all adware via "Spybot Search and Destroy", that I could open the
Add/Remove panel again.
