I also have 8 GB (overkill?) with Core 2 Duo though and an MSI Geoforce 9600 VGA http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168... Also have 700 watts from Silverstone which again might be overkill, so you should be fine. Finally have it all in the Antec Solo, which costs a bit more than the 300, but I must say it is truly a whisper quite case and has me an Antec user from now on.
