For anyone that's actually done it, how does it exactly work? Like, after applying for the program, then being taken off the waiting list and getting the notification email, do you send in your card then pay, pay then send in your card, or etc. Just wondering since I'm sitting in line at #2 and trying to prepare if any complications happens and they have to send in my card back to me or etc.
