5870 Xtreme

hey all! i have just bought a 5870 AC xtreme GPU cooler. my OC is 950core 1300mem and my temps NEVER get above 55c (1.35v). but my VDDC readings on GPU-z are reading 100c and 103c. what is the max temp on the VDDC phases?

i managed to drop my temps on the VDDCs by droping down to 1.2v but then i had lower my clocks to 925core and 1275mem, can anyone help on what i can do to lower my VDDC temps.
