Sony Vaio PCG-TR3A CPU Fan Removal

Does anyone know how to get these bolts (circled in pink) off? When I tug on the fan the entire motherboard wiggles. It doesn't appear to be bonded to the CPU because I can slip a screwdriver underneath.

There is a normal, ordinary screw that must be turned from the OTHER SIDE of the motherboard! That means the board must first be removed and turned over.

the picture is a little blurry but what im seeing is u need an Allen wrench or a Torx screwdriver
(put it in the hole and turn)

that MAY be it but im not 100 % sure
