New MotherBoard Options

Hi,
I was wondering if I could get a sense of direction with respect to motherboards. I currently own the following:
[MB] - ASUS M2N32-SLIDeluxe
[CPU] - AMD Athlon x2 6000+
[GPU] - EVGA GeForce 8000 Ultra (768Mbs DDR3)
[RAM] - 4x Patriot Extreme Performance 1GB 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800
[PSU] - Thermaltake Black Widow 850W
[ATX] -Thermaltake Armor Series VA8003BWS Black Full Tower Case w/ 25CM Fan
[HDD] -Western Digital VelociRaptor WD1500HLFS 150GB 10000 RPM
16MB Cache SATA 3.0Gb/s

I am now currently looking to upgrade my Motherboard. Within the next year, give or take a few months, I will be upgrading my CPU to a Phenom. Taking this into consideration, what are my options.
Budget = Less than $200, with taxes excluded
