How do i transfer images from my cell phone to pc

samsung SGH-L770. I want to transfer images from my phone to my pc

Hello and welcome to Tom's Hardware Forums.

My Samsung is a different model but when I connect it to a computer using the cable that came with it, it shows up in My Computer as a mobile device. Photos are stored in My Storage>DCIM>camera name then cut and paste transfers them to where I want them to be.
