Whats the best CPU and GPU u think there was

thought id get a debate going

in your opinion whats the best CPU and GPU u loved in say the past 4 years.

say summit like why they are best as in preformance, price, looks, overclockability, holding its own for ages ect

for example the 8800 GTX, as it was the big GPU daddy for so long and looks awsome

AMD K6-3 and a Voodoo 3, more than four years ago but they got me through Half-Life and Quake II.

What I have now Intel Core 2 Quad Q9400 and 512mb ATI Radeon HD 4670 (huge jump from the 1.5Ghz P4 & 16mb ATI Rage 128 Pro I was stuck with until March lol)

my fav cpu was the e6600, it brought previously $1000 performance into the $300 range for all us poor folks.

my fav gpu was probably x1900xtx that i had forever
