Memory: CpuZ timings table not matching with what its running at

I have mismatched memory chips. 4GB from Hynix and 2GB from OCZ. Looking at CPU-Z, its showing my Memory to be running with these values:

Freq = 266.6 MHZ
FSB : DRAM = 1:1
Latency = 5
tRCD = 4
tRP = 4
tRAS = 12
tRC = (blank)
CR = 2T

When I look at the SPD tab for each memory it says:
Freq = 266 MHZ
Latency = 4
tRCD = 4
tRP = 4
tRAS = 12
tRC = 16
CR = blank

Freq = 266 MHZ
Latency = 4
tRCD = 4
tRP = 4
tRAS = 10
tRC = 15
CR = blank

Looking at the individual values for each chip, their timings do not seem to match (tRAS and tRC). And the timing they are currently running at are not in timings table (exact values). I did not change any settings in the BIOS and these speeds were chosen automatically.

I am just looking to have a stable system and wondering if the system will be stable given the differences.

You can't expect the system to match your RAM timings if they aren't the same. It uses timings that should be stable, but you can change them manually to 4-4-4-12 (don't worry about tRC). Changing the latency from 5 to 4 won't make much of a difference and you won't be able to detect it unless you run benchmarks.
