So I want to get another HDD and configure them into raid 0. My motherboard is the ASUS p7p55de-pro and I am pretty sure that it has a build-in raid controller, and I am running WIN7...
My question is after setting up the HDD's in raid 0, do I need a floppy disk or flash drive to install raid drivers? Or are they all ready installed on the system w/ WIN7?

You should be able to create a raid 0 array w/o Windows 7 installed. You'll need to enter BIOS to create the RAID array.

If you set it up on the Intel Controller I don't think you'll have a problem, I have an ASUS p7p55de-premium and I didn't need to install specific drivers for my build. If its on the Marvell controller, you may, but I don't think it supports RAID anyway on your board, just 6G port access, 9128 is the Marvell RAID controller, 9122 and 9125 are non RAID models so I believe.
