Phenom 9550

HI, ive recently for the first time started to overclock my CPU (phenom 9550)
ive currently reach 2.690ghz with max load tempratures at 46-48, just wanted to know are these tempratures safe for my CPU?

Those are you max LOAD temperatures!? Those are damn low! It can handle +10*C and still be within the acceptable range by quite a safe amount.

Wow like Pyroflea, It is more than safe.

Assuming your 9550 is a B3 stepping, then It is practically 20*C below the max temp recommended. http://products.amd.com/en-gb/DesktopCPUDetail.aspx?id=400
