What fans did you use to fill the vacant spots in the stock set up?
Just building a similar system with:

asus rog rampage formula x58
asus rog 5870 p
CM v6gt cpu cooler
6G patriot sector 7 1600 3x2g
WD caviar black 2tb

Did you look at installing a fan in the vacany there?
Still waiting to fire it up but the cooler definatley fits unsure how it compares to the noctua..
really curious as to your case temp!!
What video card(s) you running?

Oh,
This occured to me as well instead of directing the cpu cooler to the rear exhaust fan do you think it is possible to aim for the two on the ceiling of the case??

Memory wise it is good to go. The only thing is most likely it won't. I mean if you took the 200mm out and just left the filter there, it probably would because the NH-D14 fits in most Full towers. But since you have a 200mm in that spot i wouldn't think it'd fit. The color scheme looks.... interesting though. You should take the 200mm out and try that first.
