Locked out of windows 7

can't enter windows7 .Need universaltype solution (admin,etc) HELP

If this is an enterprise computer for work and you went over the available wrong password attempts it may lock you out for 15 minutes. However if your company set it up where if you have a certain amount of attempts and it perma locks you out then you have to contact your administrator.
