How to get exactly 800MHz from OCZ Blade DDR2 Memory?

I have recently built my new gaming rig and have got some very good parts in it for the money I spent on it.

That being said, I am having some trouble getting the actual 800MHz from my DDR2 OCZ Blade (2x2GB) RAM. I have set the DRAM Frequency to DDR2-800MHz, the timings to 4-4-4-15 like they are suppose to be with a voltage of 2.1.

All this and it is still running at 400.8 MHz according to CPU-Z.

So here's my basic comp makeup:
ASUS P5Q Pro Mobo
Intel Quad Core Q9550 @ 2.838GHz
OCZ Blade DDR2-6400 (2x2GB @ 800MHz)
HIS HD 4850 ICEQ4 Turbo 512 Mb

Any ideas on how to get my exact RAM frequency would be appreciated.

cpu-z is showing the memory correctly, 400mhz x 2 = 800mhz as ddr2 is double pumped

Yeah, thanks for that info. I forgot that these are 2T.

Working just like it should...too bad you don't understand...

It's people like you that I sit and laugh at for wanting to be a jerk when you can't explain it yourself. (Or maybe just to lazy)

Thanks again ubernoobie.
