MoBo requirement to CF HD4850 with HD4870?

my question is simple so ill keep it short and sweet.
can you cross fire a HD4850 and a HD4870 with the a standard 2 card CF MoBo?
and more specifically for me a asus p5q pro p45.

Not with any mobo.

you have to use the same model, although you can use different brands, the gpu has to be the same
