You are pretty much out of luck. You can try a program called setfsb.

Actually, Intel does have an App where you can customize BIOS settings while Windows running thru some GUI-intel app... i saw a video on it but unfortunately I forgot where the site was where I saw it.. It may have been on CompUSA on one of their intel i7 videos.. its two guys explaining about it where the host is asking the Intel rep how it works.. Might wanna look into it, maybe goodl Perhaps its indeed this app the previous poster mentioned, SetFSB but I couldve sworn it wasnt called this.. The GUI looked very similar to MSi Afterburner OC program..
