Get this: Antec 300
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811129042

It has bottom mounted power supply (Far better than the ones you posted both with top mountings).
Great cooling for its price. Slightly bigger than the ones you mentioned and should definatley fit a gtx260, but i don't know about the xigmatek heatsink. The case's dimensions are 18" x 18.3" x 8.1" so just find out how big your components are.

I don't care if it's like $5 more expensive, it owns the cooler master cases!

1.The bottom of your case is the coolest part and the PSU generates some serious heat! If it's on the bottom, the fan points up to fresh, cool air. If it's on the top, it's intaking all the hot air rising up off the mobo. There's probably another reason but I don't know it : )

2. If you get any fairly respectabole PSU then its cables will reach everything no probs

ok, but how do i know if my heatsink will not bump into the side door due to the tallness of it? maybe you can suggest another heatsink?
