After installing sound card pc restart on shutdown

i have install pci sound card with cd in my pc , but when go for shutdown after my work pc cannot shut it keeps on restart. please help me

Search your sound card manufacturer home page on the internet and download the latest driver or a different version of the one you already have.
If you can't uninstall current driver from control panel then try from device manager.
