Iwill P4S...yes, it's old as hell

I'm reinstalling XP on a machine with this motherboard. I assume they don't see these MB in the US anymore, cause the only Website i find is in Chinese and is a .tw address. Anyway, two issues:

I need a manuel and drivers, JUST IN CASE. I assume winXP with SP3 will have all the driuvers i need, but like i said just in case.
and
this MB will not find the brand new DVDrom player or the old original CDrom to boot from the windows install CD when i set CDROM to be the first bootable device. I'm kinda thinking this MB is just old and that the IDE is jacked up a bit, cause it finds it just fine in windows currently.
