I was looking to buy a new video card a few weeks ago and read from many sources to hold off as both Nvidia and ATI were going to drop prices heavily, but since that point in time, it seems as if all the prices are going up and up. What is going on here? Should I keep waiting and if so, how long before there is some decrease?

Actually the MSI GTX 260 is down to $189.99

I read some articles on the Release of the new HD 4890, it comes out April 9th, prices should start dropping in April.
