Hp deskjet 4180 stopped pritining in color

y name is Sue and I own a hp deskjet 4180 stopped pritining in color. My 57 series was running low on ink and stopped printing in color and no text either. I changed the cartridge and the solution center the color ink is full So how can I get the print again.

Inkjets leak and clog print heads over time. Its toast.

There is a program for cleaning the ink cartridge. But you also have settings for black and white printing only. I would read your manual.
