why is my wireless internet unsecured on my pc and my laptop but when i try to hook up my Wii or boyfriends computer it says its secured?

Your headline question and your text don't quite work for me.

If you are trying to check that your router has wireless security working log in to the user setup pages via your browser. For how, have a look at the router manual or quick start leaflet which came with the router.

If you cannot connect to your router by wireless, connect with an ethernet cable between the computer and router and (as above) check the wireless security and write down the passphrase and apply it to the user interface of your wireless adapter (or to Windows Networking).

Incidentally, unless the other equipment forces you to use WEP, I would switch to WPA-PSK TKIP -- it's simpler and more secure.
