Hi,

I am on vacation with my laptop, PC and some wireless devices.

Laptop: 1x LAN + 1x WLAN
PC: 4x LAN
Wireless devices: 1x WLAN
I also have a WLAN stick ready to use anywhere.

The hotspot here only allows one connection per account, so I have to use ICS.

My laptop is connected to the hotspot and I managed to both share the connection by LAN to my PC and also to share the connection by the WLAN stick to my wireless devices. However, I can't do both at the same time.

What I have so far:

WLAN1 (Laptop) connected to hotspot
IP 80.*.*.*
Subnet 255.255.240.0

WLAN2 (Laptop) set up to share the WLAN1 internet access and automatically got the following
IP 192.168.0.1
Subnet 255.255.255.0

WLAN (wireless device 1)
IP 192.168.0.3
Subnet 255.255.255.0
Gateway 192.168.0.1

WLAN (wireless device 2)
IP 192.168.0.4
Subnet 255.255.255.0
Gateway 192.168.0.1

This does work perfectly well. Here comes the Laptop to PC connection...

LAN (Laptop)
IP 192.168.0.2
Subnet 255.255.255.0
Gateway blank

LAN (PC)
IP 192.168.0.5
Subnet 255.255.255.0
Gateway 192.168.0.1

Now obviously, this doesn't work as the Laptop somehow doesn't allow its LAN port to connect to the internet and can't set the LAN port up for ICS. I can't even ping 192.168.0.1 from the PC.

Does anybody have a solution for that? Would be really great :)

Thanks!
