Will a CM Hyper 212+ Cooler Fit In an Antec 900 Case?

Will a CM Hyper 212+ cooler fit into an Antec 900 case? Judging from the specs of both it looks like you can but after reading some forum posts on the web I have been seeing mixed results. Does anyone have a definite answer as to if this cooler will fit in this case?

I have seen some youtube videos on the cooler and this thing is HUGE so I'm just a little worried I'll end up installing it and not be able to close the case. I would go for another cooler to save the trouble but this is easily the most bang for your buck from what i've seen.

Here’s the link to both of the items:

Thanks for the help

Hi Joe56 and welcome to Tom's hardware forum.

Here are the dimension of both case and cooler.

Case: 49.3cm x 20.6cm x 46.7cm (H x W x D)
Cooler: 15.85cm x 7.97cm x 12cm (H x W x L)

So the cooler fit without problems.

Thanks for the replies. I just gone done reading some reviews on newegg from people who had both the cooler and the case and they said that the cooler fit perfectly as long as you remove the side fan. That shouldn't be too much of a problem.

Yep, and the side fan is pretty pointless with this type of cooler. You can also tape up the fan slot to keep out dust (and to keep air from coming in the side and going right out the back).
