Text Message to China

Hi, did anybody send text messages to China recently? I know Cingular does
not support at this time according to their website(China is not listed).
However, every time when I received text messages from China, if I press
"Reply" key (on moto V600), it always worked , I was very happy with it, and
also my bill was charged for $0.10 each, not $0.20, on the monthly
statement, those text messages I replied to China, it just showed I sent to
my own cellular phone, not the cellular phone numbers in China, I have never
paid any additional charges for international messages since I have a
MediaWork package that allows me can have up to 1500 messages. Until two
weeks ago, the "reply function stopped working. I could not reply anymore.
(Note: send and receive domestic messages is fine.)
If anybody who can still reply or send the text message to China now, would
you please post your Service Center number and Email Gateway number? you
can find it in Message Setup section.
