Photo editing & organizing software

Hello, I'm trying to find photo editing and organizing software-preferably free.Would like to put all pictures in one place where they could be editied, sent off to be printed, etc. My Windows Photo Gallery is not working properly and I'm not smart enough to figure out what is wrong or how to fix it. Anybody have suggestions/recommendations?

Hi, jbrasseaux, I am Kathrina from Orlando. Nice to meet ya. As for photo editing app, I would suggest PonyPhoto Editor. It works perfect on Windows Phone7, like HTC HD7, which is what I'm using. It's not free though, charging $0.99. But I think it worth the price. Check it out, hope it helps.
