Would 128mb video card improve streaming video full screen ?

hello, i have a p4 with 512 ram and No video card, i can watch streaming video fine until i attempt to watch full screen, then the frame rate is really bad. should i get another 512mb ram, or 128-256mb video card? (im trying to spend $40 or less). which would improve the full screen video quality? (have broadband). my slot type is agp 8x.

and if you can recommend any brand/type for under $40 that would be Great since there are so many (but that is secondary to my main question). Thank you in advance.

here is a link to a good graphics card that would definitly improve full screen fps... also it might help to upgrade ram at the same time.

It depends on whether or not you have AGP or PCI Express. Once you've determined which you have get a card with 512mb video memory and you'll do fine. Also you should probably upgrade you RAM and proc also.
