Just ordered a Fortec Lifetime Ultra (really wanted the Pansat instead...)
off eBay and was wondering if anyone else here is using this receiver.

They are the same. You can flash it with Pansat firmware and it will
work great except you need a Pansat remote control.
They are quite identical.
