Hello

I am hoping I can explain this properly and I hope I can get some help. I am looking to purchase the Swiftech 3X120 rad and I am planning to use the rad box to secure it to the back of my rig. My question is if I have fans on the top and the bottom part of the rad can I use the middle "fan-less" spot to mount the rad box?

You still use a fan. You buy/use extra screws to mount the fan. You can use extra screws or long ones.

The best bet is "ALLTHREAD" and nuts, avail at most hardware stores and hobby stores.

Make it work..................fit, etc.

You want THREE fans or your wasting 1/3rd of your rad..............

You can buy nylon risers in local hardware store + longer screw's (i think 6-32) and mount them like this:
