I've had the GeForce 8500 GT for about 4 months now and it was working great up until a few days ago. I restarted my computer and it stopped reading the 8500 GT and went back to reading the integrated graphics card(NVIDIA 6150 LE). I've tried just about everything i can think of and have restarted my computer multiple times. One of the times i restarted my computer it read the 8500 GT, so i updated my drivers for it and after i restarted my computer it went back to reading the integrated graphics card.

List of things i have tried:
uninstalling/disabling NVIDIA 6150 under display adapters in device manager.
cleaning out the inside of my computer making sure the 8500 is in all the way and not toast.
inserting the disk it came with and reinstalling it.
going into VGA(safe) mode with the 800x600(i don't remember if that's the correct resolution).
spending countless hours online looking for support.

Not in any particular order.

If anyone can help me, please help! thanks
