Overclock Help

I really don't know what I'm doing. How would I go about overclocking, can i overclock? help would be appreciated. thanks

go into your bios at boot up (usually by pressing Del) and either raise the multiplier or raise the fsb
but quite honestly with that setup you really dont need to overclock anything
