Requirement for RAM:

Has to be DDR3 (and i fully acknowledge that they may not be that much of an improvement over DDR2, but i wanted the flexibility!)

Has to be bull$hit free (such as "Won't run at advertised speed, have to set timings manually, blah blah)

prices between $75-$100

CAS latency 8 or lower

will consider any brand



you decide, i buy

You ain't getting CAS 8 for that money, you'd be lucky to find 2x2gb for $120 and that would be CAS 9.
