I would like to know How to get rid of one xp pro on my starting menu.When we redid the system the computer was shutting off and on.We got both of the same operating system to finally install but it keeps shutting down and coming back on and when I start the system I have to press the reset button at least 5 times before the monitor comes on. What steps do I take?

Try different memory if you can.
Sounds like a bad power supply to me.
