Error say was missing d3dx9_3 file, so it was installed from http://www.dll-files.com/dllindex/dll-files.shtml?d3dx9_31

Now which directory/folder/etc. is it suppose to be extracted to?

I recommend you go over to the Microsoft website and update your version of DX rather than mess around with individual files like this.

Ok, hopefully it's easy to remove the genium advantage thing that you have to download. I hear it becomes troublesome.

C: Drive > Windows > copy and paste in the System32 file.
