Is this a safe overclock? AMD 435 X3

For some reason I cant push my cpu as high as a lot of people but this is the best I could come up with. The image below is cpu-z stats and speedfan with prime95 running in the background for 30 minutes. It is stable, just want to make sure I'm not going to do any damage to my components--

It idles in the upper 20's C.

450W psu that came with my gateway computer, only part I haven't gutted from case and replaced.

Overclocking will nearly always shorten life expectancy of your CPU, but what people forget is that it lowers it from 50 years to 40 ;) . Temps look good, you should be fine :].

You mentioned you can't go as high as you thought.
did you try underclocking the ram?
It worked for my athlon 630.

If you can get FSB : DRAM to 1:1 then you will get more performance increase...
You already OC your CPU quite high enough, looking your temp, it's cool.
Stay with your current speed and get new graphic card then you are good to play any games with decent/high setting... :)
