Your main uses will determine your mobo needs, and for less than 110$, theres a few good ones depending on needs

For a Core i7? If you really want a Core i7, you're not going to find a board for under $165 regular price.

However, if you're looking to keep an old Pentium III system running, you should find something on eBay for around $15.
