Hello everyone I looked around for this forum but could not find it so here it is

I have a netgear router I was using Comcast cable internet to power it and comcast was working just fine no problems, then i switch to WOW cable and now every first time I go to a new page is says address not found and it does it to all of my computers. I disconnected the router and just hooked up one computer straight from the modem and it worked just fine and ideas on what it could be its really annoying, oh and i tryed turning off my firewall and it still didnt work.

thank you

It looks like the DNS IP address is incorrect. Is it the same when going through the router and a direct connection to the modem? If not, change it on the router and renew your IP address (assuming that the router is your DHCP server).

How do you change the routers and also how do you renew your ip address thank you for helping

You configure the router by accessing it via a browser (like you did when you got it) and you renew your IP address by typing ipconfig /renew (or ipconfig /release followed by ipconfig /renew if ipconfig /renew doesn't work).
